Specially Designed Entrance & Exit Doors along with the Flame Curtains & Pilot Flames are used to maintain a Controlled Atmosphere inside the Furnace. Precise Temperature controlling is achieved with the help of AI Based Thyristor Controls.

Conveyor or Mesh Belt Type Furnaces having Controlled Atmosphere for the Heat Treatment of the Metal Parts are offered by us. These furnaces are majorly used in the production as the consistent speed of Conveyor Belt can provide a better control over the quality of output product.

Pusher Type of Furnaces are used for Sintering of Metal Parts and as well as for the Reduction or Annealing of Metal Powders. These are having a muffle to maintain the Controlled Atmosphere, required for the specific process.

Box Type or Batch Type Furnaces are called so, because the material is loaded batch wise for processing. These are widely used for Oxidation of the various materials. These can be offered with our without muffle. They have a Single Zone and are Batch Type where the Loading and Unloading of Material for Heat Treatment is done from Single Door only.
